Simple Process
How It Works
Book in Advance
Call, text, or submit a booking request at least 24 hours ahead. Provide pickup/drop-off locations, your child's name, and any special instructions.
Confirm & Prepare
We confirm the booking and send you the driver's name and vehicle details. Your child will know exactly who to look for.
Pickup Notification
You receive a text when the driver is en route and again when your child is safely in the vehicle.
Safe Arrival
Upon arrival, we text you confirmation. We do not leave until your child is safely inside and accounted for.

Car Seat Policy: We provide a properly installed, certified forward-facing car seat for children ages 4–8 at no additional charge. Please request this when booking. Booster seats are available for ages 9–12.
